First off, thank you for trusting me with your tattoo! Taking care of your ink is just as important as getting it done, so here’s everything you need to know to heal it properly and keep it looking fresh.

First 24 Hours: The Healing Starts Now

1. Keep It Wrapped – If I covered your tattoo with a bandage or second skin, leave it on for 2-6 hours (or as I instructed). This protects your fresh ink from bacteria.

2. Time to Wash – Once you remove the bandage, gently wash your tattoo using lukewarm water and Hustle Butter Foam Cleanser. Use clean hands only—no washcloths or sponges. Pat dry with a paper towel.

Days 1-3: Keeping It Clean & Hydrated

Wash 2-3 times daily using Hustle Butter Foam Cleanser to keep your tattoo clean.

After washing, apply a thin layer of Hustle Butter Ointment—just enough to keep your tattoo from drying out. Less is more! You don’t want to smother it.

Avoid touching your tattoo unless you’re cleaning it. No scratching, picking, or rubbing.

Days 4-14: Healing & Peeling

Your tattoo may start flaking or peeling—this is totally normal! DO NOT pick at it. Let it shed naturally.

Continue washing twice a day and switch to Hustle Butter (original formula) as your moisturizer. This keeps your tattoo hydrated and helps with any itching.

Avoid soaking your tattoo (no swimming, baths, or hot tubs). Stick to quick showers.

Keep it out of direct sunlight—fresh ink and UV rays don’t mix!

Long-Term Care: Keep Your Ink Looking Fresh

Continue using Hustle Butter daily to keep your skin nourished.

Once fully healed, always use SPF 30+ sunscreen on your tattoo to prevent fading.

Stay hydrated and take care of your skin—healthy skin means vibrant tattoos!

What to Avoid:

❌ No tanning or direct sun exposure.

❌ No submerging in water (pools, hot tubs, lakes, etc.).

❌ No excessive sweating from intense workouts.

❌ No scratching, picking, or peeling.
